Why do I need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader?
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files on a variety of devices and operating systems without needing other expensive software to be able to retain the appearance of the pre-designed print materials.
Why can't I access the free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader?
Chances are you were not connected to the Internet when you clicked on the link to download the free version of Adobe® Acrobat® Reader. You must be connected to the Internet to access the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader Website download area. From there you will have directions to download from the Website.
Why can't I see the animation?
You do not have the latest Macromedia™ Flash Player plug-in.
Why does the format of my CD-ROM screen look messed-up?
Chances are you are using an old browser to view this CD-ROM. You must update to a new browser to view this CD-ROM and many Websites correctly. Browsers are usually free to download. The two most frequently used browsers are listed below and linked to their download pages.
